Prepayment and cancellation policies:

1. All bookings are 100% prepaid online by guests.
2. Guest can cancel or change their reservation free of charge up to 1 day prior to arrival.
3. Cancellations made after the above time will be charged 50% of the deposit.
4. If a refund is required for an amount paid by card, the corresponding amount will be refunded by card transaction on the same card within 30 days.

Maximum occupancy per room and additional charges:

1. 2 adults
2. 3 adults (or 2 adults + child)
3. 3 adults (or 2 adults + child)

5. 3 adults (or 2 adults + child)

*For each additional (third) adult guest a surcharge of 25lv.

*For the inclusion and use of the Jacuzzi in the courtyard an additional fee of 20lv is charged.

Booking, check-in and check-out policies:

1. Check in between 15:00 and 22:00 and check out by 11:00, unless prior arrangements have been made with the team for another time.
2. As required by the Ministry of Tourism, guests will be required to provide their personal details (three names, date of birth and ID/passport number) during their stay.
3. Minimum number of nights per booking: 1.
4. The latest time by which guests can make a reservation for the same day – 19:00.
